Having issues starting the game? Blank error message?

This is a common issue on Windows 10 or Windows 11. To fix it, simply follow the steps below:

1. Open the game installation folder.

2. Locate and right-click on MixMaster.exe (MixMaster Application) to open Properties, make the following changes, and then try starting the game in both fullscreen and windowed mode:


Change the compatibility mode to [Windows XP] in the Compatibility tab.
Check "Run this program in compatibility mode".
Check "Run this program as administrator" in the settings.
Change the high DPI settings.

Remember:
This procedure must be done in the game folder files, not in the shortcuts found on the desktop.
Some players have reported that they are unable to see texts in the game.
We have noticed that the problem is common in laptops with two video drivers installed or computers with NVIDIA graphics cards with outdated drivers.

To resolve this issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Open the Device Manager.
"Computer" "Properties" "Device Manager"

2. Check the Display Adapters section.
In most cases, there will be two drivers installed, "Onboard" and "Offboard (e.g., G-force)." Disable the Onboard Driver and leave only the G-force (or related) driver enabled.

Try running the game again.

If this doesn’t work or your computer doesn’t have two video drivers, try the following procedure:

1. Open the NVIDIA control panel (or your video controller) and change the display mode from "auto" to your "graphics card."



You can also fix the issue by updating or installing the original drivers for your Intel graphics card.

You can download the automatic installer, which will detect the latest driver for your card and update it, resolving the problem.

The driver can be found on Intel's official website:

Please change the IME software to "Google IME".
How to purchase credit points (MC)

First, log in to the official website and access the purchase page.

1. Select the purchase method
2. Confirm the important instructions
3. Choose the purchase amount and click
4. Complete the payment on the linked page
5. Check the MC credit on the account management page or the MixMall page

※ Once the payment is completed, MC will be automatically credited.
※ Depending on the type of credit card, there may be a delay in the MC credit.
※ It is possible to make payments without a credit card by purchasing a V-Preca (prepaid card) at a convenience store and registering it with Paypal.

The NPC Mailman is located in almost every city. His function is to deliver packages such as event prizes, online store purchases, item deliveries, etc.

When you make a purchase in the online store (MixMall, APStore, Online Points Store, others...), the items are sent via the Mailman.

Simply talk to the NPC to collect your packages.


Mailman can be found in the following cities:

► Magirita (X:72, Y:87)
► Mekrita (X:127, Y:120)
► Herseba (X:67, Y:144)
► VeHerseba (X:94, Y:142)
► Rudis (X:213, Y:139)
Please change the IME software to "Google IME".
Press the Alt key once to always display all dropped cores and items on the screen at once.
Press the Alt key again to cancel the mass display.
※ There is a cooldown of a few seconds when switching between mass display and canceling, so please wait a few seconds before switching again.
The game system will detect the player's game data from time to time, including but not limited to the following methods:

1. Using third-party programs to play the game and sending abnormal packets.
2. Illegally obtaining props, currency, or other means that affect the game ecology.
3. Using the same device to connect in large numbers and play game simultaneously.

※ If a player sets up a stall or performs normal game behavior such as using a character to team up with sub-character, the system will not judge it as abnormal behavior.
The following are situations where we are unable to assist with account recovery:

1. The game account was lent to someone else and was misappropriated.

2. The account was misappropriated due to the Use of third-party software.

Generally speaking, when you engage in the above actions, it is equivalent to handing over your account to someone else, and we believe that players must be responsible for protecting the security of their accounts.

The game currently does not support playing as a guest. You will need to create an account to access the game.
