Joyple Games provides access to online games via official websites and software and may change URLs or technical requirements without prior notice. You are responsible for internet connection costs and quality.
5. USER ACCOUNTS
- Eligibility: Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
- Identification (IDs and Names): IDs and names must not infringe third-party rights or be offensive. Joyple Games may modify or remove inappropriate names.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

12. TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Joyple Games may terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or Rules of Conduct. There will be no refunds or compensation for purchased items or services.
13. RULES OF CONDUCT

- Not offending, harassing, or discriminating against other players.
- Not using automated programs or exploits.
- Not modifying game files or using third-party software.
- Not participating in unauthorized external real-money transactions.
14. BUG REPORTS AND REWARDS
Players who identify bugs may receive rewards determined exclusively by the administrative team, based on criteria such as originality, severity, and impact.
15. GENERAL PROVISIONS
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Joyple Games and supersedes any previous agreements on the subject.
