Please read carefully before using any Joyple Games services.
This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and use of all online games and services published by Joyple Games (“Services”), including but not limited to Mixmaster Online and any future games or services. By creating an account and accessing any Joyple Games Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to this Agreement and the published Code of Conduct.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any Joyple Games game or service, you agree to all terms, conditions, and rules set forth in this Agreement and the published Code of Conduct.

2. Changes to Terms

Joyple Games may modify this Agreement or the Code of Conduct at any time. Changes to this Agreement take effect seven (7) days after publication; changes to the Code of Conduct are effective immediately. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights and titles to the Services, including but not limited to software, accounts, characters, items, story, music, artwork, and all related content, are the exclusive property of Joyple Games and its licensors. You may not modify, distribute, sell, create derivative works from, or exploit any content without express written permission.

4. Description of Services

Joyple Games provides access to its games and services via official websites and software. URLs, technical requirements, and features may change at any time. You are responsible for your own internet connection, hardware, and associated costs.

5. User Accounts

• Eligibility: Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may only be used by individuals who are at least 13 years old, or the minimum legal age required by local law, or have parental/legal guardian consent.
• Ownership: All accounts, characters, virtual items, and related data are the property of Joyple Games.
• Usernames/IDs: Must not infringe third-party rights or be offensive. Joyple Games may alter or remove inappropriate names at its discretion.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password. Joyple Games staff will never request your password except as part of the log-in process.
• Account Suspension/Termination: Accounts may be suspended temporarily or banned permanently for violation of these Terms, the Code of Conduct, or for investigation of reported or suspected misconduct, fraud, or unauthorized software use. Joyple Games may suspend accounts temporarily, without prior notice, to conduct investigations.
• Related Accounts: If one account is terminated, Joyple Games may terminate any other accounts associated with the same user information (name, email, IP, payment method).

6. Paid Services, Transactions, and Refunds

• Some items, services, or content may require payment.
• Paid items, content, or services are valid only for the lifetime of the relevant game or service and are not transferable.
• Refunds for credits/cash/virtual currency: will only be granted if requested within 7 (seven) days of purchase and only if the credits have not been used, whether partially or fully. Once any portion of the credits has been used, no refund will be possible.
  Any exceptions required by local law remain valid.
• External real-money transactions are prohibited unless expressly authorized by Joyple Games.
• Joyple Games may suspend accounts temporarily, without prior notice, to investigate complaints or suspected violations of these Terms, fraud, or use of unauthorized software.

7. Proper Use of Services

You must use only official software provided by Joyple Games. Use of unauthorized programs, bots, hacks, cheats, emulators, or any unauthorized tools is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy available on Joyple Games’ official websites.

9. Service Interruptions

Services may be suspended or modified for maintenance or technical reasons, with or without notice. Joyple Games is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from such interruptions.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joyple Games shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Joyple Games, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your improper use of the Services or violation of this Agreement.

12. Termination of Agreement

Joyple Games may terminate your account and access to the Services immediately, with or without notice, in the event of breach of these Terms. No refunds will be provided for cancelled accounts, items, or services.

13. Code of Conduct

• Do not offend, harass, or discriminate against other users.
• Do not use programs, exploits, or cheat software.
• Do not modify game files or use unauthorized third-party software.
• Do not engage in unauthorized external real-money transactions.

14. Bugs and Rewards

Bugs, glitches, or inappropriate behaviors must be reported immediately to Joyple Games staff. Rewards may be offered at the sole discretion of the administration based on severity and originality of the report.

15. Third-Party Services

Some Services may integrate or link to third-party services, platforms, or software. Use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Joyple Games is not responsible for third-party content or practices.

16. General Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the complete understanding between you and Joyple Games, superseding any previous agreements. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully effective.

17. Minimum Age

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, or have parental/legal guardian consent to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Unless otherwise required by local law, this Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia, and any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane, Australia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.

19. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.

20. Language

In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
